WELCOME TO CORE X FITNESS

You never know what to expect when trying a new workout. But from the moment you walk into Core X Fitness, you’ll feel uplifted and motivated right away.

Our workout is a 55 minute high intensity workout designed for all fitness levels. We allow you to set the pace and our Coaches will make sure you have a clear understanding of what the workout will consist of before you walk in.

 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CORE X FITNESS CLASS?


 

BEFORE CLASS:

Bring a water and towel and Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class, so you can sign our waiver, and introduce you to your Coach to give you an overview of what to expect and also will give you some ways to modify our workout depending on your fitness level. After explaining how the class works, your Coach will allow you into the studio showing you where to leave your belongings and where to set up.

DURING CLASS:

You will start with a 10 minute stretch and warm up, followed by a 45 minute workout which includes floor exercises with TRX, free weights (Dumbbells & Barbells), resistance bands, and more. The coach will explain how to do each floor exercise thoroughly along with any modifications for all fitness levels. The coaches are here to help and will correct your form if needed.


AFTER CLASS:

The coach will then allow you to gather your belongings and instruct you to meet at the front desk once you are ready. After class, your Coach will go over more of what our Group Training classes consist of along with answering any questions you may have. If you are ready, we can process your membership right away or you can return to our website and sign up online.
